Excellent service, clean rooms!

The pool area, while small, was a highlight with a fun water slide and a splash pad that kept everyone entertained. Breakfast options were varied and included delicious eggs Benedict, making mornings enjoyable. The staff were accommodating, even providing a fan upon request, enhancing our comfort during the stay.

The hotel's location was great, offering easy access to local attractions. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had plenty of options. Unfortunately, the pool area felt cramped when crowded, and noisy guests disrupted our sleep at times, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool and unwinding in the lounge area with a good book. While the parking could get a bit tight at times, it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay! 😊

I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Halifax. The location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities for kids. The pool was a hit, especially the water slide, keeping the children entertained. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the effort they put into breakfast. However, our room had a few issues. When we first checked in, there were not enough towels and bed linens for the pull-out couch. It took a day to get them rectified. Also, I noticed a mouse in our room, which was quite alarming for the kids. Despite reporting it, the response felt lacking. The breakfast area had a lot of noise, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, nice place for families, but some attention to room readiness and cleanliness is needed.
